Sweet Potato Chips

INGREDIENTS:

~Four Sweet Potatoes (Two large servings)

~Rosemary

~Thyme

~Salt

~Pepper

~Olive Oil

DIRECTIONS:

1. Pre-heat oven to 425

2. Wash Sweet Potatoes

3. Slice Sweet Potatoes very Thinly

4. Drizzle Olive Oil on sliced potatoes

5. Add in a dash of Rosemary, salt and pepper

6. Place in Oven and cook for 20-40 minutes (cook until golden and crispy)
